Shamanic Underworld Journey (Healing Space)

A guided meditation to the Underworld to say the words you never had a chance to say to a loved one before they passed. Starting with Croneswort (mugwort) tea then relaxing into the journey. You may wish to bring a blindfold to help you focus inwards. Please bring a yoga mat or mattress to lie on, blankets and cushions to make yourself comfortable, and your own cup for the Croneswort.
