Somatic Techniques for Trauma Release

This guided journey is a culmination of 2 powerful healing tools: breathwork and somatic movement. We will begin this workshop by using specific breathwork techniques designed to open up each of the energy centres that run down your spine. Once we have opened and cleared these channels we will move into some somatic movement and I will guide you to connect with an innate therapeutic tremoring mechanism within you that helps you to process and release psychical trauma stuck in the body. This process helps with dissolving energetic blocks, tension, PTSD, anxiety and switches us into our parasympathetic nervous system allowing space for deep healing and unravelling to take effect. Combining 10 years of training, mentorship and embodied practice, the intention of this workshop is to connect you to your inner power and show you what you are capable of. You will leave with a set of tools you can practice anytime.

108 OMs - The power of our voice

The language of the universe is vibration and sound. Our body, our energy field and our cells need tuning just like an instrument needs tuning. Sound, song, voice, resonance is an instant recalibration tool. In hindu traditions they use mantra to heal. In shaman traditions they use Icaros. Singing and using our voice as medicine is in every culture. Have you ever sat and observed what happens through the body when you hear a sound? Om refers to Atman (soul, self within) and Brahman (ultimate reality, entirety of the universe, truth, divine, supreme spirit, cosmic principles, knowledge). During this event we will chant the mantra OM 108 times. This does something undeniable in the body. Come along to experience the feeling for yourself.
